Season 03 Operation: Soil Quarantine Line

A coordinated pause-and-sample operation for sectors with repeating trace chemistry. It does not declare native life; it declares that soil activation has crossed from local agronomy into planetary risk.

Season Goal

The goal is to mark where treated soil must pause, where sampling can continue, and where production loss is acceptable because uncertainty has become operational. Success should improve research progress and ecological stability without pretending food pressure disappeared.

Participation

Operators submit repeat chemistry logs, quarantine boundaries, rollback capacity, and the production cost of each hold. A sector that pauses work without publishing the cost is not contributing enough evidence.

Result Record

The operation should feed `chronicle/public-statement-native-grid-pause`, making the pause legible as a shared protection line rather than a silent loss of output.
