Season 03 Operation: Archive Power Window

A limited power-allocation operation for archive continuity during infrastructure strain. It asks whether memory, legal continuity, and First Generation education remain infrastructure when pumps, shelters, and relays are also asking for power.

Season Goal

The goal is to keep essential archive windows alive without hiding the emergency systems that lose priority. Success should improve civic trust and continuity records while publishing the power cost.

Participation

Operators designate archive access windows, publish power budgets, defer noncritical loads, or reject an archive request when life support margins are too thin. Either choice must leave an audit trail.

Result Record

The operation should produce archive-access records and power-budget disputes that explain why memory preservation is a survival question, not a luxury add-on.
